Thank you so much for the lesson today - idioms - leadership. I appreciate the opportunity to learn related idioms too during discussion. To practice- my senior calls the shots, but she knows when to cut someone some slack and when to light a fire under someone, without putting anyone on the spot, and she always reminds us to break a leg before presentations because she believes communication is the best instrument for success.
